Donations for education and sustainability
Nelpx GmbH promotes sustainability and education by donating used monitors to schools and social institutions. The recent donation of 28 monitors to the Max-Born-Gymnasium in Backnang replaced outdated equipment, saving the school around €4,500. The initiative enables pupils to benefit from improved technology and reduces electronic waste at the same time. Donations to Nelpx support sustainable IT use and contribute to the promotion of educational institutions.
Who we are
Nelpx GmbH, a leading innovation provider based in Weissach im Tal, has been actively committed to environmental awareness and sustainability for many years. A central concern is the sensible reuse of peripheral devices that would otherwise have to be disposed of. With over 12,000 screens donated to educational institutions and hospitals, Nelpx is making an important contribution to conserving resources - most recently with a generous donation to the Max-Born-Gymnasium in Backnang.
New screens for the Max-Born-Gymnasium
In July 2023, Nelpx donated 28 as-new 24-inch monitors to replace the outdated 19-inch monitors in the school's PC room. In the modern IT rooms at Max-Born-Gymnasium, pupils learn how to use computer technology at an early age, which is crucial for their later education. The larger screens provide improved access to digital teaching materials, creating an optimal learning environment. For the city of Backnang, this donation also meant a saving of around €4,500.
